Today I looked outside my window.
It was a brand new day.
Will this be a good day happy and positive?
Or will it be cold inside as well as outside?
Only I can determine how this day will affect me.
I am the person who chooses what to be and what to do.
I can choose to be myself and enjoy what I do.
I can turn chores into fun.
Make it seem like child's play.
I can choose to be patient with someone I don't understand.
Instead of hurting or being hurt by another's careless words.
But for this day I have decided to make the best of
this day.
And be thankful for everything I have been blessed with.
